    We review the referral and, if it's a fit, reach out for a discovery call. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll let you know rather than forcing a conversation.

    Discovery & Proposal

    We explore their needs, outline options, and, if appropriate, prepare an engagement proposal. You can stay as close or as hands-off as you'd like.

    Engagement & Follow-Up

    If a project moves forward, we keep you informed at a high level. We can discuss advisor roles, future collaboration, and ways to evolve the relationship.

    In some cases, especially where advisors bring deep domain expertise and ongoing support, we may explore a more structured advisor relationship.
