A scoped engagement — defined deliverables, defined timeline. Whether it's a Claude Code training program for your engineering team or a governed agentic pipeline for a specific workflow, we build it and hand it over documented.

Fixed scope, not open billing
We quote projects as fixed-fee. You know the outcome and the cost before we start. Hourly billing is reserved for staff augmentation and advisory calls — not delivery engagements.
No free assessments
A real assessment requires real time and real expertise. We don't offer free samples — our portfolio is the proof. If you need to validate fit first, that's what the discovery call is for.
Right-sized, not discounted
If the scope doesn't fit a standard engagement, we adjust scope — not rate. The $200/hr floor isn't a starting point for negotiation; it's what senior governed AI delivery costs.
Procure through AWS if preferred
