What's included in the flat rate pricing?
All preparation, curriculum customization, delivery, and follow-up materials are included. There are no hidden fees for content development or reference materials. Travel and accommodation for on-site engagements are billed separately at cost.
What if we only need training for non-developers?
The Team Track (Claude Cowork) can be delivered standalone as part of the Team Enablement tier ($15K-$40K). It covers Cowork setup, workflow automation, cross-app integration, and governance, no coding required. Many healthcare organizations start here for clinical and operations staff.
Are travel costs included?
Travel and accommodation for on-site engagements are billed separately at cost, no markups. Virtual delivery options are available for all tiers, eliminating travel costs entirely. Discovery Workshops are always virtual.
Do you offer volume discounts for multiple teams or cohorts?
Yes. For organizations training 3+ cohorts, we offer package pricing that reduces the per-session cost. Enterprise Transformation programs include multi-cohort rollout pricing by design. Contact us for a custom quote.
Can we mix and match tracks instead of taking the full program?
Absolutely. The Team Enablement tier is designed for flexibility, pick the Developer Track, Team Track, or both. Add the Leadership Track for an executive briefing. We'll recommend the right combination based on your team's needs.
What are the payment terms?
Discovery Workshops: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion. Team Enablement: 30/40/30 (upfront, midpoint, completion). Enterprise Transformation: milestone-based payments defined in the SOW.
